Q: What time can I start setting up my trade stand?

A: Set-up is permitted from 11:00 to 16:00 on the Saturday 23rd May
or 06:45 to 08:30 on Sunday, 24th May 2026.
Please ensure you're fully set up by 08:30 on the 24th May.

Q: Where do I park my vehicle once I’ve set up?

A: All non-Porsche vehicles, including vans and trailers, must be moved to the visitor parking area once setup is complete. Please refer to the site plan image on this page for parking locations.

Q: Is WiFi available at the event?

A: Reception in most areas is good, depending on your network. If you are taking card payments, we advise you check the postcode AL3 8AW with you network provider, or visit https://www.signalchecker.co.uk/.
EE provide Good coverage on 5G and 4G on site.

Q: When do the public and display parking arrive?

A: Display vehicles will officially begin arriving from 08:30, but early arrivals are common, so please be ready by then. Public access is from 10:30

Q: I Have a gazebo on my pitch, is that OK?

A:All gazebos must be securely fastened—either pinned to the grass or weighted down. Safety is a priority. We do not offer any gazebos, these must be provided.

Q: Can I use a generator for power at my stand?

A: You may use a safe, low-noise generator but must provide a risk assessment to the organiser in advance.
Note: We do not provide power unless pre-authorised by the organiser.

If you require power for Point of Sale (POS) devices, please consider using a portable power banks.

Q: Can I leave cars and collect on the Monday?

A: Cars left over night are at the owners risk, however there is Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) in place at the site. We will move any cars to be left over night to the rear of the venue for safe keeping. These do need to be collected on Monday 25th May.

Trader Arrival & Setup Route – Instructions

Upon arrival, please follow the red arrows to your designated stand location. This route will guide you to your setup area.

Once your stand is fully set up, all non-Porsche vehicles must be moved to the visitor parking area. To do this, follow the green arrows to the designated parking zone.

At the end of the show (approximately 4:00 PM), please reverse this process:

• Return to your vehicle in the visitor parking area.

• Follow the green arrows back to your stand to pack down.

• Go to the Bar for a chill out drink with the team.

• Once packed, follow the red arrows to exit.
